Founded by Dawn and Summer, Love Rockport brings together 29 years of combined experience in short-term rentals, property management, and real estate investing. We created this company to offer homeowners a trusted, local, hands-on partner and provide guests with a stay that is effortless and memorable.

We know that successful vacation rentals require more than just listings and calendars. They require intentional management, strong communication, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to both the homeowner and the guest experience. Meet Summer

Summer brings valuable experience in property management and the short-term rental industry along with a deep understanding of what it takes to protect your investment. A graduate of the Leadership Aransas County program, she is passionate about making Rockport a great place for those who live and visit here. Summer has lived in the Coastal Bend since 2012, loves visiting the mountains, and is a lifelong rodeo fan.

Meet Dawn

Dawn has extensive experience in property management, rental properties, and real estate investing. She founded and operated a successful vacation rental business in Rockport for 19 years before selling it and semi-retiring. Now she is returning to use her business insight and personal experiences to help create a trusted management partner for homeowners.
