Sweeping views of Copano Bay can be enjoyed from the open concept living and dining area as well as the large upper deck.

The fishing is fantastic on Copano Bay and you will have the opportunity to catch trout, redfish, flounder, and black drum from the privacy of your backyard along the lighted fishing pier. Sporting two T-heads with fish attracting LED spot lights and a fish cleaning station, this property is the ultimate fishing destination.

For those just wanting to relax, the cooling waters of the swimming pool and the nightly sunsets are the perfect setting for unwinding. (Please note that this home does not have a hot tub). Inside, you will find a large, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space. Each themed bedroom has its own smart TV set up for streaming.
